2004 DEC 15 : Major marketing effort begins in the Delaware Valley market.  New services are offered in a test market for server uptime.  Client networks and networking components are monitored proactively.

2004 OCT 10 : High demands from clients guide CyberAns into computer repairs.  Laptops, desktops, printers and peripherals are now serviced by CyberAns' internal staff.  Repairs are no longer outsourced.

2004 SEP 27 : Hurricane Jeanne crossed the state much fasted and packed a harder punch for the Tampa Bay.  Three clients successfully relied on battery backup and generators for over 48 hours.  One client lost a WAN link and CyberAns was able to provide a backup link within hours.  Productivity loss was minimal.

2004 SEP 07 : CyberAns is called to duty when Hurricane Frances batters Tampa Bay.  Two clients recovered successfully from downtime attributed to power outages.

2004 MAY 01 : Official start of business in Tampa Bay, Florida.

2004 APR 12 : CyberAns initiated operations in Florida.  Clients on the Sun Coast now have the local support that clients in the Philadelphia Metropolitan Area have enjoyed.

2004 JAN 26 : Clients requesting event notification can now choose from a variety of methods for notification.

2004 JAN 04 : Network-based backup solutions have been implemented in a variety of offices.  Clients include Accountants, Attorneys and Physicians.

2003 NOV 11 : Our product line includes Nortel ICS Phone systems.

2003 JUN 20 : New phone systems for companies up to 32 stations include Avaya and Panasonic.

2003 MAY 05 : CyberAns expands operations to New Jersey.
